This Policy explains what data Perfect Your CX ("we", "us"), based in New York, United States, collects when you use The Experience Suite and its Apps, why we collect it, and what choices you have. This page is maintained by Perfect Your CX to answer common privacy questions about the Service.
1. Who is the data controller
Perfect Your CX is the controller of personal data processed through the Site and the Apps. You can reach us at hello@perfectyourcx.com.
2. What we collect
Account data
Name, email address, password (hashed), and any profile details you choose to add.
App content
The notes, recordings, transcripts, customer records, and other content you create or upload to the Apps.
Billing data
Plan, purchase history, and the partial card / payment-method details our payment processor returns to us. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data
Basic logs about how the Service is used (pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, IP address, timestamps) so we can keep the Service running, debug issues, and improve it.
3. Why we use it
- To provide the Service you signed up for.
- To process payments and manage your plan.
- To answer support questions you send us.
- To send service announcements and, with your consent, occasional product updates.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or comparable laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve it), consent (for optional marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (for tax and accounting records).
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service — for example payment processing, hosting, transactional email, error monitoring, and AI / voice features inside individual Apps. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. We do not sell your personal data and we don't use your App content to train third-party AI models.
6. International transfers
We're based in the United States and some of our providers operate in other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved transfer mechanism.
7. Retention
We keep account and App content for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except where we need to keep it longer for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@perfectyourcx.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
9. Children
The Service isn't intended for children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has given us personal data, write to us and we'll delete it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
