Copyright — The Experience Suite

1. What's covered

The Experience Suite, including the Site and the Apps (MyKindra, Heard & Noted, Journey Studio), and everything that makes them up — text, design, layout, code, illustrations, audio, video, and brand assets — is owned by Perfect Your CX or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. What you can do

You may view, browse, and use the Site and the Apps for their intended purpose under our Terms & Conditions. You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution to "The Experience Suite by Perfect Your CX" and a link back.

3. What you can't do

Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial parts of the Site or Apps without our written permission.
Use our brand, name, or visual identity in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation we haven't agreed to.
Scrape, mirror, or use the Site or Apps to build a competing product.
Use any content from the Service to train AI / machine-learning models without our explicit written consent.

4. Your content

Content you put into the Apps stays yours. By using the Service you give us a limited licence to host and display it so we can provide the Service to you — see the Terms for details.

5. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@perfectyourcx.com with:

your name, address and contact details;
a description of the work you say has been infringed;
the URL or location of the material on our Service;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
your physical or electronic signature.

We'll review the notice and respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

6. Permission requests
